We have a few package options for you to pick what works for your family and needs. Each package comes with a 1 time free consultation for you to ask more questions, cover expectations, and to ensure that I am a good fit for your family. Each package does require a non-refundable retainer fee and the remaining balance can be paid in installments. If cost is an issue please let me know.
I am a naturopathic reiki master and will provide 1, 30 min session at no additional cost to all contracted clients.
Birth/Labor Support ONLY
Great for repeat clients or those who have a birthed before. Starting at $1500 this service would be me showing up to your labor. I will provide comfort measures, advocacy, and emotional support. 1 hour of immediate postpartum support to assist with first latch. You will receive 1 in person postpartum visit to discuss your birth and if you have any additional needs.
Full Package
Ideal for first time birthers, VBAC clients, or those just needing extra support!
Cost starting at: $2300
You will receive 4 prenatal visits. Childbirth education. Assistance creating a birth plan. I go on call at 37 weeks. Back up doula available if needed. I will arrive at your labor when you are in active labor to provide continuous support and stay up to 2 hours postpartum. I will assist with first latch. I will provide 2, 2 hour postpartum in-home visits.
There is an additional travel fee if you live 20 miles outside of Columbus.
Postpartum Support
This is a chance to help families transition home.
Starting at:
$40/hour daytime minimum 4 hours
$50/hour overnight minimum 8 hours
*Additional $10 an hour for twins.
*Additional travel fee if you live 20 miles outside of Columbus.
*Additional fee for awake care for nights.
Lactation Support
$40/hour
I can provide basic lactation support. Latching, breast/chestfeeding positions, tandem feeding, pumping, milk storage, and weaning support.
Caution: If your baby is losing weight, not producing dirty diapers or you have concerns of a lip or tongue tie. Please reach out to an IBCLC. I can assist you finding one.
Childbirth Class
3 Hour virtual class $150
Prepare for labor, how it progresses and what to expect.
Discuss interventions and how to collaborate with your care provider.
Newborn care basics including feeding and sleeping.
